I am looking to buy a cotton top tamerin. I know all the info on them but I need to know how to actually buy tthem.

I am sorry, but WHY IN THE WORLD DO YOU WANT A MONKEY????? my sisters x-boyfriend had 1 an it threw its poop everywhere, they might look all cute and funny, but on the inside they are lean mean poop throwing machines!
i would say to get on the internet and look up cotton top tamerin breeders. preferably at google. you'll find lots of them at different prices.
You know there is a spell check, right? Because if you don't and you can't spell purchase - you probably don't need a monkey
Don't bother buying one. Just go to Indonesia, they are seriously everywhere in the wild there. Just get a big bunch of bananas and they will flock to you and you have the pick fo the bunch. Grab one, chuck it in your suitcase and fly home. Problem solved. How you get it past customs is your problem.
Monkeys do not make good pets. If you did your research you would know that. Reconsider, there are so many horror stories out there and the odd are that you will just be another one in the end.
Monkeys become dangerous and agressive wen they hit puberty. If you are living alone then be prepared to for the rest of your life. Monkey will not accept "intruders" into thier homes and will attack them, they don't care its your girlfriend/boyfriend.

Thankfully for the tamarins, people no longer keep primates as pets. They are not good pets and people don't make good companions for primates so don't bother looking.
You most certainly DO NOT have all the info on them. They're spelled tamarins..
Can you spell hamster? Maybe you should do research on hamsters.
