How can I maintain a steady tempurature in a small, three egg duck incubator?

I recently purchased some duck eggs to hatch in a small incubator and during the day, the tempurature is mostly at the tempurature i need it to be but at night it drops and i need a way to fix that. It drop about eight degrees and i no how critical that can be to the health of the embryos

increase the watts on the bulb have 2 lights daytime night time
Use an extra smaller wattage bulb at night time?
Insulate the box with towels or foam or whatever you can to minimize heat loss through the walls of the incubator and decrease the ventilation by covering some of the vent holes, not all but some.

Move the incubator to an area where there is less temperature fluctuation at night.
